• Infrastructure & Connectivity Outages: Automated scalping requires continuous, millisecond-level execution stability. Profound Global Ltd is not responsible for software failures, unclosed positions, or financial losses caused by local power outages, home internet disconnections, operating system sleep modes, computer hardware failure, MetaTrader 4 terminal crashes, or third-party Virtual Private Server (VPS) downtime.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & SOFTWARE LICENSING RESTRICTIONS

• Single-User License Scope: Purchasing the Shidosha Autotrading Robot grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to run the compiled .ex4 file on your personal MetaTrader 4 account.
  
  
• Strict Anti-Piracy Prohibitions: You are strictly forbidden from:
  
  
  • Decompiling, reverse-engineering, disassembling, or attempting to decrypt the source code (.mq4 or underlying algorithmic formulas) of any software file;
    
    
  • Reselling, sublicensing, leasing, renting, sharing, distributing, or uploading our .ex4 binaries, .set files, or PDF guides to third-party forums, Telegram channels, Discord servers, torrent trackers, or file-sharing platforms;
    
    
  • Circumventing, tampering with, or removing licensing protections, account-binding algorithms, or digital security verification systems.
    
    
• Legal Enforcement: Any unauthorized distribution, file sharing, or decompilation constitutes a material intellectual property violation. Offending accounts will face immediate license termination without refund, account blacklisting, and civil litigation for financial damages and statutory copyright infringement.
